We know that your order is special. That's why the teams in our factories work hard to make sure you love what you receive in our paper mailers. Sometimes things don't turn out exactly right the first time and other brands might just throw mistakes away. Not us. If a print doesn't quite meet the standards of our eagle-eyed team members, it's given a new life by being recycled as part of a closed loop system. Worn out products, like mistakes, are recovered so the material can be remade again and again. No waste, with a commitment to high quality, and made by real people who care.<\/span><\/p>

Every product we make is designed to be sent back to us once it has been worn out. There is a QR code on every wash care label which leads to Remillfibre.com<\/a>. This page contains the instructions to send your products back to be Remilled.<\/p>

You can also send us back any 100% cotton clothing from your wardrobe made by any other brand, we cannot accept denim, underwear, bedding, towels, dressing gowns, and any non-clothing items.<\/p>

The care label must be present on all items to verify the fabric composition.<\/p>

We make new products with the material we recover.
